This charming wedding venue in Kapalua, Maui is one of our favorites!! The beautifully restored chapel provides an intimate setting for an indoor celebration. This being said, most of our couples opt for an outdoor celebration on the venue's spacious lawn with views of the Pacific Ocean. The different spaces of this venue allows a nice flow for the cocktail hour, reception and after-party (most couples use the indoors space for this). We love that it has a bridal suite, which allows a nice wedding experience for our brides as they can get ready at the venue - which is always a plus. For beach photos, we take our couples to the sandy beach nearby, but we also know a few spots next to the venue where we can capture beautiful photographs with the ocean in the background without having to go to the beach. Maui Pineapple Chapel was the perfect venue for our destination wedding! With 38 guests the square footage was perfect for the ceremony, reception, and dance to all be indoors. The outdoor space did not disappoint either as we did all of our photos outside in between bursts of rain. There are ample beautiful backdrops for photos, but we especially appreciated the stone steps for our formal family photos. If you're willing to walk 10 minutes or so you can also get gorgeous pictures along the coast. We also enjoyed the small bridal suite for pictures, a dropping place for items that needed to be hidden, and a private bathroom. While planning everything from the continental US, the virtual tour option on the website was extremely helpful. Booking online was easy and direct.
