If I could give no stars I would. HORRIBLE customer service and ownership. The owner (Mr. Rojas) lies about being the owner of the business to not be held responsible. He does not care about his customers and tells his employees to tell customers he is not available in order to avoid confrontation.. Warning.. DO NOT put your trust into this place. Please make sure of your purchase and read the small print because they won’t return after 5 days of purchase - even if the merchandise is NOT FUNCTIONING. They replaced my non-functioning Rolex watch 1 week after buying it with another one that stop functioning that same week as well! 2 non functioning Rolex watches, several phone calls, several trips made, and no owner to talk to. Even after being told he would be coming in within 2 hours. I guess he wasn’t expecting this unhappy customer to sit and wait for him for 2 hours. Middle man prices!! This place does not have an in house jeweler and has other jewelry stores doing his work!!! The owner did not commit to what was instructed for my customized piece. It had great sentimental value and I made it very clear how special recreating and finishing this piece of jewelry would be to me. Customer service was great at the beginning of the transaction before anything was agreed to....then very POOR days after a deposit was given to start my order.
