The dress was stunning, but the customer service left much to be desired. I struggled to get in touch with the designer in December to make my initial payment, with no response to my calls or texts. Eventually, I found out she was out of the country, which she hadn’t communicated. Later, when I asked for an overskirt, she quoted me $X without mentioning there was a more affordable option. It wasn't until a month later that I learned the price could have been much lower. I don't understand why I wasn't informed about both options since the beginning.
Three months before my wedding, I tried reaching out for an update on my dress (it had been 5 months since I last contacted her) but got no response for weeks. When she finally called back, she admitted seeing my messages but didn’t respond because she had no update. This caused unnecessary stress leading up to my wedding day.

I took the initiative to reach out, and she finally told me we could schedule a pick-up time for Oct. 10 after 1 p.m. (my wedding was on Oct. 11 at 2 p.m.). I still needed to make sure the dress would fit well with the last-minute adjustments she was going to make.
On the day before the wedding (pick-up day), I was told she had only just checked my profile and noticed the veil hadn’t been confirmed, forcing me to buy it last minute for more than what I initially wanted to spend on a veil. If I had known earlier, like during the first fitting I attended in the third week of September, I could have planned better and saved money.
