The dress was stunning, but the customer service left much to be desired. I struggled to get in touch with the designer in December to make my initial payment, with no response to my calls or texts. Eventually, I found out she was out of the country, which she hadn’t communicated. Later, when I asked for an overskirt, she quoted me $X without mentioning there was a more affordable option. It wasn't until a month later that I learned the price could have been much lower. I don't understand why I wasn't informed about both options since the beginning.

Three months before my wedding, I tried reaching out for an update on my dress (it had been 5 months since I last contacted her) but got no response for weeks. When she finally called back, she admitted seeing my messages but didn’t respond because she had no update. This caused unnecessary stress leading up to my wedding day.

Three days before my wedding, I still had no dress or even an update. I took the initiative to reach out, and she finally told me we could schedule a pick-up time for Oct. 10 after 1 p.m. (my wedding was on Oct. 11 at 2 p.m.). I still needed to make sure the dress would fit well with the last-minute adjustments she was going to make.

On the day before the wedding (pick-up day), I was told she had only just checked my profile and noticed the veil hadn’t been confirmed, forcing me to buy it last minute for more than what I initially wanted to spend on a veil. If I had known earlier, like during the first fitting I attended in the third week of September, I could have planned better and saved money.

In the end, the dress itself was gorgeous, and I received lots of compliments, but the lack of clear communication made the experience much more stressful and disappointing than it...

Where to start! First, every experience I have had with Diana has been professional and friendly since the start. When I had my first appointment, she treated me and my guest with utter hospitality. I mean I really got the bridal dress shopping experience you see in movies growing up. The beautiful couch, the suite, and a champagne flute of bubbly to pass the time. Additionally, when you book an appointment she only sees you and your party, so the experience is very private, which I felt was a plus. I will say another thing I loved about Diana is that her collection is unique but also offers variety. There is something for everyone. What I felt was the most amazing about Diana was that all her dresses are customizable. I was having a very hard time finding the dress of my dreams that also fit my religious needs. Well, Diana made my dreams come true! Because she is the designer and every dress is made true to you, she was able to make my dress come true using a similar style in her collection. Whatever you may have in mind, Diana can create it, I am sure of it. Diana, also shares progress off the dress being made along the way to ease any nerves.
