I was pretty green when it came to picking a vinyl for my remodeled home. I want to thank Nathen for being so patient with me on explaining the different flooring options as well as calculating the amount of floor I would need. I was so under stress as I am renting my home and had a deadline to get it finished asap. I searched Home Depot, Lowes, Matts, Lumber liquidators. Then I cam across this newly opened store. The quality of the vinyl floor I picked at the right price point was no where in comparison with the other stores I mentioned. I felt a huge burden lifted when I found the right floor at an awesome price. And the quality of it...I just can't explain but was best compared to the other competitors. Thank you Nathen for providing super customer service. The other giant stores... good luck trying to get someone to help you much less take the time to explain the quality of the product. I referred Floor & Decor to my client, a physician, that also purchased flooring from here just a week ago because of my stressless experience.

Meli- Thank you for doing a return transaction. Why? Because my contractor days before finishing the flooring told me that I needed 8 more boxes of vinyl flooring. Nathen had already calculated the amount I would need and I thought that was enough. Well, my scoundrel flooring installer guy, said I needed 8 more, unfortunately, he hid them from me so I purchased 8 more online and so my flooring guy picked them up for me. At the end, once the floor was finished...days later, he showed up at the store wanting to get cash for the floor he had hidden from me as he wanted to bonus himself. Thief. Meli the cashier, automation refunded my credit card as she went by the confirmation pic I had sent the flooring guy as he showed that to Meli. Fortunately Meli refunded it to my account and I was surprised to see a refund of 449.63 back to my account and at the same time she emailed me the receipt. My flooring guy was straight out of luck as he thought he was getting cash back or a credit gift card. I am thankful Floor & Decor as this type of return policy. There are many good contractors but a mess load of the bad ones that try to scam the homeowners by keeping product then going to the store to get money back after it wasn't even them that purchased the product. This place has everything! This place exceeded my expectations. From the moment I enter the store. I found everything I was looking for here in one spot for all my flooring, kitchen, and bathroom renovation needs. No need to be running all over the Valley to find beautiful, suitable, excellent, and affordable quality flooring, and kitchen cabinets and bathroom accessories. This place has it all in one place.

The Costumer service was terrific. They have a fantastic well trained, and motivated team working there. They helped me by answering all my questions and concerns (and I had plenty). They helped by moving several pieces of slabs for my floor from one side of the store to the other side of the store to compare different Shades of whites. I ended up taking blue, lol.

The designing team has a lot of patience when it comes to helping to choose and design a floor pattern, I have OCD, and I have to visualize everything before deciding what to get. She was the most helpful and patient associate I had ever dealt with.

I wish every store had a well-trained team who was just as Excited and Happy as You to Find that One piece You're looking for your home.

It’s one thing if it’s a full lot and costumers aren’t able to enter but when you purposely stalk costumers to see who would enter the business to immediately determine a towing is a disgusting way to treat new and suspected costumers and there’s been other reviews whom have purchased from the respective businesses only to get also towed. While owners do have a right to manage their business as they see but preying that people will park where there’s no signs (besides the entrances but if you have ever been there your more focused on the lines of cars all trying to enter) is a very shady, immoral practice especially around the holiday when parking is even more limited. If the issue is very significant to the point where they stalk costumers then maybe a couple extra sign will...
