I moved out of state a little more than year ago and came back for the holidays, Yard House was on my list to visit since I love it but the reason why I’m giving it two stars is because we’ve been here many times and never had an issue till yesterday. 1st issue was our waitress never came to greet us, she caught us on our way out and told us to have a goodnight. We later realized she was our waitress. 2nd issue was my sister wanted to order from the kids menu (grilled cheese) which she has done every time we’ve been and not once has she been denied to till yesterday. The lady that got our order (who wasn’t our waitress) told her is was for 12 year olds or young and that they had an adult grilled cheese. So we said okay charge us the adult pricing but make it the way the children grilled cheese is made. The adult plate has 4 different cheeses and kid plate has only American cheese. The lady said she had to go ask if that was possible which we didn’t understand why it wouldn’t be. She left upset which we didn’t know why. She come back 30 mins later and said she put us the children’s plate, we thanked her and that was the last time we saw her. We all got our food but the grilled cheese sandwich. It came later and wasn’t handed to my sister the gentleman left it on the side of the table and walked away. We decided that was it and no longer felt welcomed so we paid and left, we still left a tip for their services which like I said we had no service. No one came back to ask if we were okay or asked if we needed refills. All we wanted was to have a good time and have a few drinks but that didn’t happen. I’m in town for 4 days and I’m upset that I waisted an...

young manager with braces (didn’t get his name) shouldn’t predict when a person should get cut off if he isn’t implementing cut off time of having two yards with his “team” while the customer is eating and drinking water on the side the entire time. implement the circumstances with your team before serving the second yard to your customer. IMPLEMENT THIS BEFORE EVEN STARTING THE AFTERNOON SHIFT. let them know before hand the consequences of getting cut off before they even have the chance of ordering that second yard. multiple people are in the building drinking a bunch of cocktails (without knowing their alcohol level), shots, and probably not the full yard but ordering a continuous glass of beer. he wasn’t able to explain the cut off but got upset that he was getting questioned without not knowing the answer or should i say based on his “team”. you mean the sever that was hardly present at our table? showed me enough that he wasn’t experience but decided to cut my entire family off from a birthday celebration. a complete trash call especially being in the service industry. all he said was due to his team, understandable; but is your team that is most likely in the back chit chatting and not being so present at the table? sounds convenient to me especially if you aren’t so experience as a manager. congrats to your position but please take a course of knowing how to come about a situation or INSTALL the rules that you want running for the industry before starting the shift with your “team”. tell your team to be more present with their customer knowing the circumstances of the situation before making a call. not word of mouth or because of...

I came here on 5/10/21 as my flight got delayed and my bf was hungry. We were sat around 1:56pm. We sat in the enclosed patio. It felt better than outside, but it was still warm. I wish they had the fans going. Waitress came around 2pm. Note: I didn’t get her name, but she was fairly attentive. I was on the phone and wasn’t very hungry as I ate already before leaving hotel. She took his order. He ordered the small spicy jambalaya for entree and 4 cheese spinach dip as an appetizer. The jambalaya was huge to be a small order. Both items were good, so he says. I ended up ordered the wings. Unfortunately, they were breaded, which I can’t have doing keto. I didn’t know until after I got them. Most places don’t bread their wings. It’s my fault for my most asking prior to ordering. Waitress offered to get me something else but I didn’t want to waste them, so I just ate them and added another cheat day, which turned out to be a good idea because my flight continued to get delayed and I had to eat airport food. The wings were delicious!! We got a couple lemon drop shots a piece. The second round had crushed ice in it, which was odd. Plus, they tasted more juicy than a solid mix of juice and liquor. We were here a couple hours. The atmosphere was nice and the views were good. They had charged on the side of the booths, which allowed me to charge my phone and laptop. They have half price apps from 3-6PM. I wish we came a little later to catch this special haha. This location is also in a mall. Overall, not bad! No...

I’ve received amazing customer service at this restaurant all but one time. The food has always been good. The drinks are great too but a little too pricey for what they are. I don’t think it’s too expensive but I do think that if you come here to eat AND drink it’ll be. It’s nothing out of the extraordinary. My favorite is the Poke Nachos. Marinated raw ahi, crispy wontons, avocado, serranos, white truffle sauce, sweet soy ginger sauce, sriracha aïoli, cilantro, green onions, nori, sesame seeds. I always get them without the serranos 😬 Highly recommended! My favorite drinks are: - The Recovery: grey goose watermelon & basil vodka, chareau aloe liqueur, citrus agave, mint, cucumber, soda water, mint sugar rim. - Sunset sangria: new amsterdam vodka, aperol, la perlina moscato, citrus agave, passion fruit, sterling merlot, strawberries, black cherry, pineapple, mint. - Midnight sangria: sidecar pinot noir, hennessy v.s cognac, midori melon, citrus agave, clover honey, orange, black cherry, mint. - Flavored mojito: cruzan citrus rum, lime, mint, passion fruit, mango and strawberry. There was a time when I went in an hour and a half before closing time and was told they had no tables available. There was tons!! I cannot let one bad experience ruin the rest great ones I’ve had at Yard House. It definitely ruined our night. Especially because we saw all those empty tables as we left.

Last minute decision, but a phenomenal choice! I’m super happy I chose the Yard House for lunch. The Yard House has a great curb, appeal, plenty of outdoor seating, and just a breath of fresh air. Upon entering the yard house, we were greeted with a wonderful smile and seated just as quick. All the staff and customers, while walking to our table had smiles on their faces, what a great aura. A couple of minutes after we got to our table, our waitress greeted us and gave us a detailed description of what’s on the menu, and plethora of beer options to choose from. The Yard House had tons of space, super clean, and it smelled delicious in there. From the videos and pics, you see that I will highly recommend the fresh water with lemon and lime, the fried calamari was superb, and the pokey salad was out of this world. the pokey salad was super savory and fresh. I wanted to order some more. The lobster noodles came out, warm and full of chunks of lobster and shrimp. Highly recommend both those platters. Definitely will head back to the yard house to order a variety of different things. If you found this review, helpful, tap on the like tab, give me a thumbs up, and let me know how I’m doing.
