We had a terrible experience mainly with a specific employee named Oscar. He was our cashier that attended us but had such a "whatever" attitude when we got there. It got worse once we started to order. He would consistently cut us off when we said one thing in our order. He wouldn't let us think even for a second and That's including the fact that no one was behind us in line either. This accuance made me forget to modify my sandwich in a specific way and when I finally realized I forgot to ask for it that way I just felt fed up to just leave it the way it is. Once we got our food delivered by the same employee. We noticed immediately that the soup we ordered was missing and he forgot the sauce I asked for. I got up to go ask him and as I was saying that they forgot my soup he immediately walked away to get it and didn't even let me finish once again that I also was missing the sauce. So when he came back to give it I told him about the sauce and he just gave me a look that made me feel like I was a problem. It really ruined my mood and enjoyment of my food.
On a good note. Dining attendant (didn't get to see her tag) was very polite and super respectful. Crazy how a regular employee has better service...
Read moreThe manager Aaron was extremely rude on my visit on 3/14/23. I was asked to park in the curbside spot while in the drive thru for the rest of one of two orders. I waited almost 20 minutes, and called in to remind them that I was still outside. My order was brought out, but I was still missing my ice cream. That is when I decided to complain. The girl who brought out my order did apologize and was super nice, but I did bring up that I was hoping to get my meal comped due to all of the mistakes. She responded that yes they could definitely comp the meal and that she would share what happened with her manager, Aaron. Aaron shared that yes he could refund me, but that I would need to give back my food. I was extremely upset after waiting 20 minutes, and still not having been given everything I had ordered, so I just gave him back my food. He then demanded that I also needed to give back my beverage, which I honestly had just forgotten. Read moreHorrible service, they gave us the wrong beverages and when we told them, they told us they have a no return policy and to wait in parkinglot for the rest. We stayed there for almost 20 minutes to receive the correct mango fashion lemonade. Then a worker came out by a different door and told us to give him the lemonade back and he would bring the correct ones. (He entered again by the door that no worker was going threw violating one of their policies). When he took them back again and we had to wait for alot more. Then the manager Cristopher finally arrived he didn't resolved anything and guess what..... he didn't even gave us the beverages we order. Instead of the mango fhasion lemonade it was black tee with little lemon pulp it tasted very weird, we were definitly not confortable and had to throw them away.
