I had stopped coming here before the placed burned down because there was always something wrong with my food. I tried it again maybe about 2 years ago. Please note i love to tip for great service i know what it takes to be a server and workfor tips. I didn't leave a tip that time b/c the waiter never brought me my refill after asking for 2x. He litterally chased me to my car asking for a tip. Tonight I decided to try again since it was not packed. We get the same waiter! We ordered chicken fried chicken and steak tips. he was not making sense on the sides 1. No broccoli only has mash ff and green beans onion rings mac and cheese. We order order green bean and mash. He comes back says no green beans no Mac. So we decided to get breakfast instead since we didn't like anything else. He refused to change our order because bkfst was cheaper and b.c it was already in the system. I just agree as i am trying not to be difficult. so we order ff and mash "double potatoe" he comes back and says manager agreed to do the mac. Since they had limited options for sides as if he was doing me a favor. I say okay mac and mash. He never asked me how I wanted the steak tips I prefer it well done. Most of them were medium. I just wanted the option to change the order to breakfast instead. I didn't leave a tip for that reason. He did not chase me into the parking...

He has servers who aren’t trained all the way on the floor. Other sever was fixing a bag of fruit and some fell off the little bowl and I watched him pick it up with his gloveless hand he had just coughed into. The other female server was rolling silverware while messing with her hair. Everyone knows when you roll Silverware YOU NEED TO WEAR GLOVES. The guest put the spoon, forks and knives in their mouth. We wipe our mouths with the napkins she had he phone on. Phones carry a lot of germs! The other server didn’t have any room on her hands so hey why not let’s stack plates on each one another. Read moreVery friendly and organized people here, its obvious to me that they genually cared and even though my tried true test of ordering an over medium eggs attempts failed even after one of the managers came over and agreed that an over medium egg was quite different. After all that the cook still made them over easy, it seems the conceot of an over MEDIUM eggs just blows peoples minds, I order them this way so to kill off more germs but leaving enough of the egg still jelly like. Maybe I should had ordered a steak well done and it arrived pink inside. Clean and friendly folks though. Lastly maybe a healthier practice but I like my bacon and sasuage fried and not broiled.
