It was soldered, cleaned, and had a fresh coating of rhodium, and it turned out amazing. Price was $400 less than Kay's quoted. I also had a stone in a knuckle cocktail ring replaced and a closure for a bracelet fixed. I can't believe how inexpensive it was to have all this done. At Paul's I was greeted immediately, and my repair needs were quickly identified. The shocker was I was able wait for an expedient and excellent repair service. Additionally, I think it should be noted that I had previously visited three other Jewelers the same day of my visit to Paul's, and none had offered less than a week or longer for repair.
