I have been a customer several years, and two years ago I posted a review about how bad is customer service at that store. Now I’m complaining about one employee specific… his name is Angel, and here is what happened….we (my husband and I) had 3 carts (about $2000) and we were in line, like everyone else waiting to check out. He was doing the shopping for a lady customer and he asked my husband to cut in front of us and we told him NO… that we had 3 carts and he would have to do the line like everyone else… he then go to a line that was closed and told one of the girls in the front to open the line for him and the lady he was helping like they were better than any of us waiting in line. That is disrespectful to all the other customers that had been waiting in line before that lady. I complained to the manager in charge “Roberto”…he talked to the employee and explained that if he is going to open a lane he should call the next person in line Not give priority to someone else and skip the line. That employee is paid by Restaurant Depot, he don’t work for customers, he could help, but not prioritize a customer over others (maybe for tips). Employees should pay more attention to their work, because one of the “medianoche bread” I got had rats bites, picture attached.
