I lost my way for a short time last night after my children and I exited a restaurant to go back to our car and the trolley driver let me ride in the trolley to my destination. I offered to pay the monetary cost of the ride but the driver said it wasn't necessary. It may have been done out of compassion. There are dangerous areas and people downtown. I appreciated it even though I can be very hardheaded always wanting to do things on own. I thought of my children and all the eyes that were potentially on us and just swallowed my pride for a minute. The next time we ride the trolley, we'll be...

Nice ride during the day. Workers were so helpful. Since I am not from Memphis, I asked questions about how to get to places, surprisingly they even give me more details than I’ve read online. The cost is not expensive: about $1 the ride, still people complains. There is an app you can buy the tickets and scan them with the machines installed in the trolleys, if you forgot cash. Machines won’t give you change tho. The waiting time is not that long about 5 min or less. The ride is not that long neither, but if you’re tired and still want to experience more from Memphis, this is...

Only sorry that we didn’t use it sooner. For a dollar a ride or two dollars a day, it is more than worth the money. Our conductor was lovely and lively and we enjoyed our time riding a great deal. The conductor was also super considerate, giving passengers directions and watching to see they arrived safely in some instances. Will ride again when I have the opportunity to...

I do like the old Melbourne trams they use on the line. However the system should really expand further than just the 3 lines. Stations seem too close to one another to the point you could literally walk the same speed as the trolleys. MATA needs to expand this system to be more than just a cheap and short tourist attraction

We rode the Main Street Trolley to sight-see Memphis on our drive through. The operators were friendly and noted points of interest for us, obvious tourists. We would have loved to take a longer route, but we came into town early and didn't have enough time to wait for the Green route to open up. Thank you for the trip!
