Dinner was a complete debacle... they didn't answer the phone for making a reservation, so I had to pay a fee to go up. Just for them to tell me they didn't have anything available. Went back down, and the elevator reception guy said they did have availability in 1 hour... so we shopped and headed back up. 2nd fee for me... and for the family too. $48 dollars (Thought is was supposed to be included when you eat up there?) Dinner setting and atmosphere were perfect... and that is where it ended. Waitress didn't seem to be bothered by waiting on us... she didn't bring out the bread basket untill our 3rd request. The table was sticky. The food took forever (over 45 min, we timed it) after we got to place our order. I had the shrimp over penne pasta, and my son had the ribs.... we shared, so let's start there. The shrimp were amazing, pasta had no flavor, and the ribs were so dry and crunchy I couldn't even get past one rib. My daughter had the same pasta I did with the same option. My other son and wife were equally as disappointed in their meals... and the tab was over $400 with tip. Overall, a complete letdown. The view was amazing, and everything else was subpar. Not worth it...

An aquarium, arcade, museum, restaurant, and an indoor park, all disguised as a Bass Pro Shops, which in turn is disguised as a "modern Ancient Egyptian" pyramid. On top of this, there are two sweeping panoramic observation points that showcase the entirety of Memphis, and a great portion of the Mississippi River. The entire building is filled with unique and interesting things, like indoor waterways, fish tanks, taxidermy, and even the ten dollar elevator ride was worth it, as it was a glass elevator that showcased the entire first floor beneath you while ascended the center of the pyramid. The observation deck has glass panels aligning the edges, but also has solid portions connecting to the pyramid for those who cannot stomach looking down and seeing nothing but an immense drop beneath their feet. A great spot that has a good mix of commercial and recreation, although having some pyramid related souvenirs for sale would...

A must visit place if you are in the Memphis area. The pyramid is the landmark, right next to the river Mississippi. It has a huge Bass pro outdoor shop inside, however on top of it, there is a small observation deck. We stopped by this place in the weekend morning. It was not fully packed at that time. The buss pro itself is good to visit, even if you don’t have anything to buy. The best part is the observation deck. You have to buy a ticket of 8$ ( per head, adult) to take the elevator to go up. There is a restaurant too. If you are eating there, you don’t need to pay for the ticket. From the observation deck you will get a nice city look overlooking the mighty Mississippi River. It was the daytime and the view was fancy. I’m sure in the evening it will be even better if you can catch the sunset. ( I don’t know when it closes, you need to...
