Pacos Fresh Kutts Barber Shop — Attraction in Menifee

Straight to the point, Paco the owner, lacks customer service completely and doesn't know how to resolve simple issues in a respectful manner as a business owner. To pay for a haircut (done by Paco) a $100 bill was used and $45 was received as change. Paco charged $55 for a haircut which cost $45 as detailed on his website. $15 was given as a tip in addition to the $55 fee for the haircut. Not until later that day did I realize the haircut was supposed to be charged $45 as explicitly stated on his website. Contacted the company phone and got a hold of Paco to understand the extra $10 charge and there was no resolution, instead he began telling me I was "disrespectful" and "harassing him" and "wasting his time" in response to my issue. He also began to tell me that I was lying about how I paid, saying I paid in $20s and not a single hundred dollar bill. Suggested looking at the cameras but completely dismissed me. For a private business, customer service was more than awful. As an owner, Paco has no regard for respect towards his customer for his own mistake. There was never an interest in getting back the ten dollars, the only interest was in getting clarity for the overpriced haircut... an additional fee for an additional service or something of the sort, but there never was. Completely...

I had a hard time finding someone in Temecula who could trim my beard while at the same time give me insight and be helpful on how to shape it and style it. I can say the majority of barber shops out here in Temeucal that I called were not really helpful in this regard or just were really passive. Several peeps I knew of had mentioned Paco's fresh cuts in Menifee, and even though it was about a 25 minute drive for me, I ended up go to Pacos and have been consistently every time I need my beard trim. His crew is hella helpful on giving recommendations and making sure you feel at ease and comfortable at every step of the cut. I must say that they treat you like you have been their client for years and always ask you how your day is going and make the whole experience personable. So I just moved here from Long Beach and I was looking for a Barber to go to. Unfortunately when I walked in I wasn't greeted by anybody ,wasn't told a wait time, wasn't even really acknowledg'd. Then a couple of people came in and signed a paper on this little podium I assumed I wouldnt have to sign my name after I saw that because there was only a few people in the Barbershop when I arrived And I wasn't gonna put my name behind theirs or go up to a Barber and start distracting him with questions while he is cutting someone else's hair,but one of the gentleman who signed their name and came after me got called up before me. I just wish somebody had let me know when I walked in the door what the process was or would have said...
