Mattress Firm Menlo Park — Attraction in Menlo Park

My fiancé and I went to this Mattress Firm location on a Friday afternoon and were greeted by Marwa, the Sleep Expert on duty. She was incredibly pleasant and knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to feel different options and ask questions.

We ended up choosing an adjustable base to accompany a new hybrid mattress. Before visiting, I thought an adjustable base was ridiculous, but ended up loving it. They had several options for the base and we were able to select one appropriate for our budget.

We were offered no interest financing, but preferred to pay up front. Since we are about to move across the country, Marwa set us up for delivery from the location nearest our new place. We also have 4 months to try it out from the delivery date.

Overall, a great experience. Thanks to Marwa for that. There was no pressure, and we walked away very excited for the items...

Here’s a great customer service story. We live in Virginia. We ordered a mattress at our local Mattress Firm for delivery to our granddaughter who is starting her PhD at Stanford University. When we arrived in California on a quick 4 day trip to get her settled, we realized late in the day before delivery that the delivery address was to the Menlo Park store and not the campus address. I called the Menlo Park store and explained the problem to Christopher. He made a few calls and had the delivery rescheduled for the next day to the correct campus address. The delivery guys even carried the mattress to her room too. I can’t say enough good things about Chris and his proactive response to fix our issue. Very professional, courteous and friendly place. They have good deals with good quality and affordable mattresses. The staff (Manuel at Menlo Park, Ca.) on duty while I went there was very nice, helpful and well versed about mattresses. He went above and beyond to satisfy about three clients who were there at the same time. He deserves an award, he’s a good ambassador of this company .

Also, the delivery team was awesome. They did a perfect job setting up my bed in no time and clean up the empty boxes. Kudos to this company with good customer service and good products. I have been enjoying my bed and mattress and getting a good sleep ever since. I wish I had gone to this company earlier.
