A huge thank you to Hugo Garcia and Cody Paz at the Menlo Park Relax the Back store for their exceptional customer service and expert recommendations. Hugo listened carefully to our family's different needs and expertly guided us through the store's selection of massage chairs, bed frames that offer zero gravity features, mattresses that best work with those frames, and gel pillows. His recommendations were spot on, and he patiently answered all our questions. Being able to demo everything in store made all the difference, and we're so appreciative of his guidance. We left the store confident in our purchases, and it's all thanks to Hugo's and Cody's thoughtful and informative assistance not only in product selection, but also in working to give us the best prices and fastest delivery of our purchases (Cozi Quantum Massage Chair, Rize Bed frames, Casper Cooling mattresses, and gel pillows - more comfy than memory foam pillows - thanks Hugo for that recc!).

I realized I might be having low back pain from the lack of lumbar support on my Steelcase Leap and Herman Miller Aeron - which I've been using for basically a decade at this point, so I started researching the perfect office chair.

I spend a ton of time at my desk for work/gaming, and my research took me in the direction an Anthos chair which apparently had amazing lumbar support. I went to Relax The Back solely to try that chair out thinking it was gonna be the winner, didn't really like it, then Cody steered me toward a chair from a brand I'd never heard of (Lifeform). Very little information about the smaller company online, but working with Cody - who is awesome (and amazingly patient) by the way - he guided me to probably the best chair in the world for me. I bought the chair ~3 months ago but am just now reviewing it, and I love it.

I would shop at Relax the Back again. My experience was very good, from consulting with the sales representative in the store to the delivery of the chair I ordered. I had been shopping for chairs for over a year, so I knew what I was looking for and the questions I wanted answered. My questions were answered to my satisfaction by Cody Paz, and from the moment I sat in the Anthros chair, I knew it would work for me.

I chose self-delivery and thought I would have help to move the chair from my car up two flights of stairs. I was wrong. Cody agreed to help me move the chair. On moving day, I got caught up on the phone with an Internet provider. Cody waited upwards of an hour to help me get the chair to the office.
