July 2025 update: what happened to this Target store? My previous review from a couple years ago no longer stands. I've had a couple instances recently of simple returns at the service desk and the staff members seem egregiously inconvenienced for having to do their job that takes about 2 minutes total. They don't greet you, don't thank you upon leaving, etc.
Today, I also witnessed an extremely pregnant woman returning her clothes from the fitting room and accidentally dropping a hanger. Instead of helping her by picking up the hanger, the staff member working the fitting room asked the pregnant woman to pick it up herself. I was appalled at the lack of empathy or kindness (I attempted to walk over and help but the customer had already picked up the hanger) towards a customer. And the employee seemed so put out by anyone wanting to try on clothes even though she was clearly supposed to be staffing the fitting rooms, it was bizarre.
Lastly, my husband recently did a drive-up order and half of the order was missing. When he asked for the rest of the order and offered to come in the store to grab it, again, the drive up staff member seemed completely put out by having to bring him the rest of the order that THEY forgot to give us...

Read moreI never write negative reviews, but I’ve had such a hard time with this specific location and it’s really frustrating. I’m a first-time mom with a 10 week old that is on Kendamil formula, which is only found in Target stores. I check the app daily to see if it’s in stock, which it rarely is, which is hard enough. But now after today there have been two separate instances where I went to pick some up because the app claimed it was in stock, only for me to go there and they didn’t have any. The first time they technically had one can left, but it was horribly dented therefore defective and should have been disposed of, and should’ve never made it to the floor in the first place. Today I packed up my baby and rushed to this location because once again the app said they had it in stock, but they didn’t have any and when I asked an employee she couldn’t find any for me and didn’t have any in the back. This is after me ordering 2 cans online and them both arriving dented as well.
I am incredibly frustrated and it’s very stressful to rely on one sole store for formula. We tried a few different kinds of formula up until this point and my baby does very well on Kendamil in comparison, so I don’t want to have to switch again because its such a process and takes such a long time for him to get used to it. I wish I had of written one a long time ago because there is a young lady at this location with an attitude so bad I could scream! She brings out the drive up orders and always has something sarcastic to say or reference something irrelevant to my order. But recently there’s been a different associate bringing my order…. The short review target allows on their app: There's a new associate that seems to always bring my order out when I submit a drive-up order. Well I don't know if she's new but I've only recently been seeing her. And I order drive-up often! If not myself I'm picking up an order for my mother or daughter. Today I asked her name... she said Aniya. Pretty sure I spelled it wrong but if someone wants to contact me I will go into the store to properly identify that young lady! She is amazing!!!! I have more to say but am running out of characters.
Seriously, this young lady and the fact that target gets my order right EVERYTIME is the only reason im giving 5 stars.
