Aside from an antique store, I won't purchase furniture anywhere other than Penny Mustard. The furniture is superb in quality, doesn't wear out, drawers work smoothly, and has a great finish.

We are on our third L-shaped sectional from there, only because we wanted to change colors. It looks as good as the day it was delivered.

Our first sectional now lives in a friend's family room and must be at least 15 years old. It was plaid and we decided to go with a solid color and that sectional lives happily in a sibling's living room at the age of 11 years.

We sleep in a Penney mustard bedroom. The bed is a king, solid, makes no noise. All the drawers in the dressers and nightstands work smooth as glass.

The kitchen table and chairs have been abused from life's daily meals, entertainment, cookie decorating, piecrust rolling, finger painting, etc. and still looks new.

My family room coffee table is so functional and still looks new.

My only wish is that I needed more furniture - I'd be at Honey Mustard in a heartbeat. Thank you for your design...

Unqualified, Untrained Delivery Drivers: Twelve scuffs to brand new wood floor and how much unseen damage to furniture scraped across the floor? Stained couch cushions. No furniture pads, when asked if trained to use them, drivers said "no." When asked for a manager to come out and look at the damage, was told we had to wait a week. Very lacking in customer service and training of delivery folks. The twelve scuffs are the result of the number of times they twisted and pulled on the furniture to take it through a doorway. Although narrow, I was assured by two sales people and a consultation with delivery personal before purchasing that the furniture could be safely delivered. A few years back I purchased a new leather chair and sofa. I paid several thousand dollars for the sofa. About a year later we started to have issues with 2 of the outer leather cushions on the sofa. The leather was starting to peal. I called and sent pictures about the leather and how it was only on the outer two cushions. I received a response that it had to have been from something that was caused from us using it. To this day it is still only the outer cushions. Not the middle cushion or the chair. I keep hearing commercials on how they back their product. That is NOT TRUE by any means. I will never purchase anything from them again and I absolutely will not refer anyone to go there.
