We've been wanting to replace our drop leaf maple wood table because our young kids have been destroying it. It's impossible to stop a 1 year old from banging a fork into it, or a 7 year old from spilling nail polish. We had a plan to visit a bunch of stores to try and find a large table. This was our first stop. Owner was super friendly and welcoming. Store isn't packed and easy to walk around and view items, several really nice solid wood pieces of furniture. Everything was in really good condition. Bought a large 8 seat solid oak table with leaves and chairs in near perfect condition. Much better price than the big box stores and they deliver. Outstanding prices and furnishings in surprisingly good condition! I had very low expectations, having never gone here before. I expected stuff you could find in a thrift store but at absurdly high prices. I could not have been more wrong. Carefully curated furniture and decor and actually reasonable prices. Excellent prices even. Nothing was dusty, old, or gross. They only accept items that are from non-smoker, no pet homes. There were nostalgic, old items that did look aged but in a tasteful way. Other items looked new or in excellent condition. Went in expecting to browse for 5 minutes buying nothing. Left buying a big hutch, curio cabinet, and really stylish chair. The store looks nicely displayed with a nice ambiance. However, I wasn't greeted when I walked in the door. I didn't think much of it until someone else walked in behind me and was greeted with a hello. I think the shop worker must have know them, as they talked at length. I walked by the counter and could hear a personal discussion going on... I still wasn't greeted with even a hello or can I help you? As I was leaving I stopped by the counter and asked for info on consigning. The man said you can go to our website or I can tell you. He really seemed like he'd rather I just go to the website.
