UPDATE 1 I'm responding to your response. Please cancel my order and refund my money. I still have no idea what is going on and I had to go with another company. My business number is not the number that I provided when I placed the order. I don't carry my phone at work and I can't play phone tag with you. I have still not received a response to the two emails that I sent to you. *
Questionable company. Yesterday I ordered two gift baskets and quickly received confirmation: "...We've received your order and are already working on it so the recipient can enjoy their gift in no time!..." Within minutes I get another email: "...Your order has been successfully canceled." The email did not provide any cancelation details/reason. I responded to the cancelation email asking for details. I then called and got a message that basically says that they don't answer their phones so "leave a message or email us". So, I also emailed the address that they provide for support. I contacted them in three different ways.

Read moreI ordered a basket for Mother's Day. On the day it was supposed to arrive, it didn't and I waited until Sunday thinking maybe it would be delivered that same day. However, my mother in law didn't receive it. I ordered another one thinking maybe I didn't finalize my order and didn't think until AFTER the second order was placed to look at my bank statement. Sure enough both charges were there. I emailed customer service to let them know, on Sunday. Within a few hours I received a phone call, again this was on Sunday (Mother's Day) and they advised me that they would refund the second order as well as the shipping charge on the first order. To say I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service is putting it mildly. Things happen, and the basket didn't arrive on time but the response to that mishap is why I'm giving them a 5 star review. Customer service is almost non-existent these days and I was so grateful at the way they responded and so impressed that the response was after-hours. In addition my Mother in Law LOVED the basket! Read moreTaste testing is imperative! I am the recipient of your most expensive gift basket recently. Most of the items are enjoyable. There are three which are disappointing to a great degree. They are: Northwoods gouda 'flavored' "cheese food" tubs. You all should test those again. They might belong in a $50 basket, certainly not in this one. Country Crunch candy lover's trail mix. Mostly generic chex, cheerios, and pretzel pieces coated in powdered sugar with some cashew pieces and dried fruits. The ingredients appear to be mislabeled. Check it yourself, the label that I have is certainly incorrect (does NOT list any grain products). This item might appeal to a five year old, doesn't cut the mustard. Each of you should eat a few ounces! Alaska Smokehouse smoked salmon. Wow! NOT Sockeye! This is flavorless pink salmon. There are many sockeye choices available, dry smoked or brined.
