Arizona Badminton Center — Attraction in Mesa

Would give 0 stars if I could. Don’t come to play here if you don’t have a team of 4 or else you’ll hardly get any play time. Literally people would rather sit out and waste time to play with their friends than to mingle and give everyone a chance to play. People at the front don’t seem to care, they use excuses like “a lot people have known each other for a long time” as if Their money is more important than mine. I will not be back to play. The people are very clique-ish and are not friendly. They stick to their own kind/race and are prejudice. I have never felt so discrimated against.

I have met a couple friendly people who were willing to play as my partner when I’m left deserted on the court. And no I’m not bad at playing I’m actually very good but no one would know that because they judge you because you don’t...

Was really disappointed because I'm apart of a hybrid program that would require me to be in Phoenix for 2 weeks at a time intermittently. Called and even showed up to talk with them about any custom memberships but the guy at the front shut it down quick even when the stringer was trying to suggest a solution.

2 weeks at a time is too long to pay 20/visit but too short for the monthly membership. Sad I wont be playing badminton in phoenix over the next 2.5 years as I travel back and forth between Denver and Phoenix.

They should have a punch pass or show any effort to accommodate this type of situation because it's not only beneficial for their business but also from a community perspective.

No rules or order. We came on a Friday at 2pm because this place is always packed with people. We were in the middle of a game when Richard order us to share the court with someone who was waiting not even 5 mins for the court. When there were 3 other courts that people were at but apparently they were training so they don’t have to share the court. Makes no sense. This place is obnoxiously rude and unwelcoming.
