Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Mesa

So I was there this evening, ordered, got my food, got home and realized the big big chunky guy with the “no quema cuz” haircut did not put a spicy chicken sandwich that I ordered in the bag. He bagged my order but I believe the twitching cracked out white guy next to him handed him the food. Still, he did the final check so it’s on him. I didn’t want to drive all the way back so I tried calling and they do not for the life of them answer the phone. I can show you my call log and you’ll see that I literally called them 10 times in a row and they didn’t answer. I don’t understand why since they didn’t have any other cars there when I was there so I assume they were slow at that time. I mean I did see the manager upfront, he wasn’t doing anything he just seemed to be flirting with this other man that was attending the front counter, so maybe that’s why he was too busy to answer the phone. I really tried to get ahold of them on the phone because big chunk also didn’t put my receipt in the bag, which I assumed he would since he didn’t give it to me when I paid. Since I didn’t have my receipt I just knew if they didn’t answer and I went back the following day they would treat my like sht before they asked me to leave and I went home empty handed. Worst service and don't think I would ever go to a popeye's chicken ever again after today. Everyone was handling the food with no gloves, one employee was wiping her nose and touching the food. I was so grossed out that I lost my appetite. I was very upset and disappointed because there are not any that are close to my area and I have been craving it and was in the area, we stopped and was going to have lunch after visiting our son in the hospital. When I asked for my money back, the manager there was very rude and didn't offer to make the service better. I gave him my receipt where it said I paid cash instead he said I put it back on your credit card and will take 3 to 5 business days. I told him, wait I didn't pay with a card I paid with cash and then proceeds to very even more rude nasty with me and my husband, refused to give his name and told us he's not authorized to give you that information No one had a badge on. After today I will never step foot in a popeye's chicken franchise again.

Notified copperate office and got an email same day saying they're looking into this and haven't received heard back. This is 5 days now. Will never step foot in a popeye's again. I take it they don't care. Other companies atleast respond and...

I've given this Popeye multiple chances and it seems that I give every opportunity to meet my standards and they never do btw my standards are not high for a fast food place. Every time I go no matter what time of day it is they're always out of something or most of the menu especially when it comes to sides. On top of that almost all the chicken is old and My son loves french fries but I'll never order them again from this Popeyes Because the last time they were noticably refried when we all know it only takes a minute to make a new batch. My most recent order today (which would be my last try with them) was missing both my sides green beans and fries I was missing two pieces of bone in chicken and gave me no sauces. This is all done through the app with its new delivery service but my experience has been horrible. Worst of all with this is that this location may have its number listed on Popeye's website and Google but that number is no longer in service And to make it worse there's no way to get ahold of them without going in person or going straight to corporate .
