The Marketplace at Towne Centre — Attraction in Mesquite

I went in Knowing what I was there for, there were two workers an Older guy with a younger man in the appliance area register who kept looking @ my son & I as if we were nobody's & we just STOOD there waiting patiently. After a WHILE we walked around the area hoping someone would say the magic words," MY I help you". Well.....This is a New America & the love has waxed cold. But patience is a virtue right? We finally received help from probly one of their best workers which wasn't the other 2...I'm sure the manager can find out who helped us & give him a big pat on the back & remember his service when it's time for a raise. I rated this store a 2 because of the Elder being a poor example of service for young...

Susan is great-store is always clean and despite one young lady there (African American) sorry to acknowledge someone by race but so we can be clear of who she is- She seems so rude and not customer service oriented..they had a price that they didn't change out so when I got to the register and it rung up a different price they called her she was like after a few min back and forth "we will do it for you this time type attitude "..I was like your not doing me a favor it's not my fault the sign say this maybe you need to use that energy on the staff that should have changed it...
