The flowers delighted the person I got them for and looked as beautiful in person as they did on the website. There was some confusion around delivery, though, which could have been avoided if the business had sent a notification after delivering the order, and if they would set up their voicemail so customers could leave messages asking for callbacks.
Basically the flowers arrived initially without a note to say which apartment they should go to, so the recipient never got them, and we didnāt know they were there. I called Wild About Flowers three times but only heard āThe person you are trying to reach hasnāt set up their voicemail box,ā so I couldnāt leave a message and wasnāt sure what to do.
After I posted a negative review here, a very nice employee named Nadia did reach out, and they sent new flowers for free. Nadia also called me as soon as they were delivered. He ranted for 10 minutes to a staffer in our company for calling him back in the morning as he requested.
So following his directions, the staffer called early in day so he could spend a few minutes on a computer seeing what our network needs were in his city.
Since we only work exclusively with one shop in a market, unlike all other companies, we understand to not call owners early in the morning unless they request a call back early in day.
So Dan, we did as requested and you had the balls to rant for 10 minutes at our respectful staff.
However, he has been instructed, WE WILL NOT DO BUSINESS IN DALLAS with you Dan and since we only deal with 1 Shop in each city, WE DON'T NEED YOU.
