Gardens Promenade was built in 2000 on the site of the former Carol Mart Plaza which was home to the 183rd St Flea Market and two night-time entertainment spots, Studio 183 and Miami Nights in Miami Gardens. Garden Promenade is a spacious 32 acre corner shopping plaza with a diverse range of stores and places to eat. I stopped in to check out the new Daiso which is a popular Japanese discount store. This is the first one to open in South Florida. It drew crowds who were waiting over an hour to even get in. I ended up hanging out after to check out a few of the other businesses. If you like discount shopping, this is a great plaza. There are 46 businesses in this plaza. These include Ross, Marshall's Old Navy, Burlington, dd's Discounts, Dollar Tree, Shoe Carnival, #1 Beauty Supply, Rainbow Shops, and America's Best. There is also a Wawa, McDonald's, and Advance Auto Parts. You can pretty much get anything you need in this plaza making it very convenient for shoppers.

Previously known as the 183rd street flea market is now renovated into major brand franchise stores conveniently located in one area in the heart of Miami Gardens. Plenty of parking and places to eat nearby. I am curious what happened to the independent entrepreneurs who were leasing space here before? I still believe it is important to shop local and support small business owners for communities to thrive.

When it comes to shopping, this center is my top choice. It features a range of beloved stores like Ross, Burlington, DD Discount, Dollar Tree, Old Navy, and Marshalls. The atmosphere is usually calm and not overly crowded. However, the customer service across these stores could definitely improve, as many of the staff members are quite unfriendly. Despite this, I still highly recommend it for its convenience in finding everything for the family...

This was a pleasant shopping center, not that many stores but a few good ones here. You can definitely fins some hidden gems in these stores. If you have the time just go and cruise and you might be surprised about what you find. Is location has high traffic, not too loud but you do have the stadium near and it can jam pack the road to get in. Other than that this was a great experience to shop there, best store in my opinion is old navy....
