California Closets - Miami — Attraction in Miami Shores

After interviewing 3 other closet companies, I chose California closets Miami to create additional closet space for my condominium in Brickell. The experience was amazing! Firstly, the closets are great quality material. They have lots of offerings, including hampers, drawer organizers, adjustable shelves, pull outs, fancy hardware, LED lights, jewelry inserts, mirrors doors, you name it! The prices are also quite fair. But I was most impressed by my designer Taylor Husted. She was excellent in every way. She was very attentive to my needs and helped to create functional closets for me within my limited space. She was attentive to every detail. We utilized zoom, in house visits, and a showroom meeting so that I could create and see exactly what I wanted. She can work with any budget, and she will give you an idea of what the high end elaborate or the basic design version might cost. She provided me with detailed design plans that included 3-D models that really helped me to visualize the final product. When the time came to install, the installers were very efficient, quick, and clean! We ended up with the most beautiful redesign and wall additions that look like designer furniture. I had the challenge of needing to add a closet for storage within an open den area, and we were able to incorporate a display cabinet and mirror door in order to keep it stylish. I came to California Closets after a horrifying experience with another contractor had taken my two thousand dollar deposit and tried to run away with it. A few months later I was able to recover my money from them but I still had no closet.

California Closets completely exceeded my expectations both in price, service, quality and professionalism. The designer (Priscila) was incredible, practical, willing to work with my budget and also sincere. The buildout that I really wanted was out of my price range but she was able to carve out every inch of my closet to serve my needs and well within range of what I could spend. I love love love her!

The initial appointment was fast, efficient and was given a rendering and a quote right on the spot. No waiting, no emails back and forth, nothing. Everything was right there. I got a contract and an installation date right after I paid my deposit. Not to mention the warranty!!!!!!!!

Fast forward to a few weeks later, the installation crew showed up a few minutes earlier than scheduled (which I loved), was very careful not to damage anything in the house, they laid down floor covering and worked together extremely well. They were friendly and professional and we couldn't be happier.
