The ambiance is calm, luxurious, and inviting — a perfect setting for relaxation. The staff is absolutely top-notch, attentive, and knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to all my skincare concerns and guided me through every step of my treatment plan. My aesthetician was not only skilled but also made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I opted for a facial and some Botox treatments, and the results have been nothing short of amazing! My skin feels rejuvenated, glowing, and youthful, and the subtle Botox enhancements gave me a fresh, natural look. I can already see a noticeable improvement in my overall appearance and confidence. Came for a hydrafacial and was disappointed with prep and quality of service. She did not prep the skin correctly, began extractions while I still had makeup on and immediately dermaplaned my face dry afterwards. After, she scrubbed with cheap CVS drugstore physical exfoliant, too harsh after already extracting. She would rub her forearms on my face multiple times between different steps to show "how soft" my skin felt, that's unhygienic. She would text, touching her phone throughout the appointment and was getting steady notifications. Products used after facial were incredibly thick, one was a drugstore moisturizer, which is not standard after a Hydrafacial. The $150 price of the facial was not worth it, due to the incorrect order of services/lack of prep and hygiene mishandlings. There's SkinCeuticals being sold the counter when you walk in, but they use St. Ives Apricot scrub from Target on you. I referred my good friend Jorge to Beauty by Design for weight loss treatment. He recently met with his Primary Care Doctor who told him that he was obese and pre-diabetic. After a professional consultation by Gilda, he was started in Ozempic for weight loss. He lost 25 lbs in just 4 weeks and so far he has been able to keep the weight off.
