shout out to Joel, Kelvin, and Ivania. They were able to answer all my questions, and help me get the best plan available!
THEY COMPLETELY LIED AND CANT FIX THE PROBLEM AVOID STORE AT ALL COSTS! They completely lied to my face in the store - encouraged a purchase while I was in store & lied about the details/ payment. They asked me to leave a review while I was in store (which I assume they do to everyone - even joel writing the names down on paper to make sure I included it correctly in the review) but the second I left it has been a nightmare trying to get them to fix their mistake. They took full accountability for what happened yet have no resolution and say they canāt do anything to fix it. Corporate office was shocked at what happened and gave me the information to the regional manager - who I will have to contact because of their lack of helpfulness. They are deceitful and lie blatantly. Unfortunately I have to update and leave a poor review about my honest experience. I have given you opportunities to fix it before writing this review - calls, with no call back Avoid this location & donāt get caught leaving a positive review on the spot because they pressure you too.
RESPONSE TO MANAGER.
You lying on behalf of Joel is unprofessional. Not only is your response inaccurate and untrue itās another bold lie. You werenāt even there. I came in with a broken iPhone 12 looking to go through insurance. Joel then told me if I purchase a 15 that day & after making my first payment I would be eligible to trade it in and qualify for a $1000 credit towards the iPhone 16. I purchased the phone and put myself on the waitlist for a 16pro before leaving the store. I then called back the store and it was reverified your associates told me I would receive $1000 credit towards the phone. Which is also on record and corporate reviewed would you like me to post the call recording as well? Please review notes from corporate they documented everything - they were very displeased with this retail store and how the situation was handled & corrected it for meā¦. Since you were not there at the time I can assure you if you actually reviewed the cameras and call recording from your associates (which is part of your lie -clearly you didnāt) you would have heard the entire conversation how I explained. Please donāt ask customers to leave reviews while in store putting them on the spot - itās clearly leaving you guys with more positive reviews than you deserve / after reviewing closer it looks like you PURCHASE GOOGLE REVIEWS You lied about how the trade in works & how much my bill would be if youāre going to be dishonest donāt lie on response. You 2 gentlemen need to go work for MIT IT Technology šš Your knowledge is priceless. Go take that knowledge to government agencies in IT. I got up this morning in hopes of a last resort and came to this AT&T store. Caesar and Kevin are the BATMAN & ROBIN Duo of understanding cell phone technology. They did what 4 AT&T Customer Service IT Department Specialist couldn't do in 4 hours total, Caesar and Kevin did it in about 50 minutes. After several hours of 1-800 phones calls to people the can't speak good English not in the U.S., I came to the store extremely distraught and explained what happened. What i thought was an AT&T problem, it was a Yahoo browser problem. They solved it enough that I can access my work emails without going the long way around. If anyone needs any help or knowledge about phones or to upgrade to a new phone go to this store and see Caesar & Kevin. I call them Batman & Robin. On my visit to purchase the new iPhone, I was greeted immediately when I entered the store and taken care of by Brian. He was quick to give advice, efficient with my order and helped me feel confident walking out. On my second visit to pick up my iPhone, Freddy and Alek were just as great to serve me. With no wait, I was able to retrieve my beautiful new phone, power it together with their help, update, sync and restore all in less than 45 minutes. They helped me even put on my screen protector, case and helped answer every question I had when getting my new phone. While the experience of making sure my iPhone and all data is transferred can be stressful, the team all made it so easy, stress free and simple! I left super happy and with no complaints whatsoever. The service, attention to detail and everything in between was perfect. 10/10...
