I am anchored behind dinner key. Over the last two months, I had one of your jetskis get tangled up in my anchor line 5 feet from my bow, and another hit my vessel. Luckily, they slowed down enough, but didn't know how to turn the ski! Just now, your whole group came flying through not 20 ft off my bow. This is extremely dangerous operation of a watercraft when the operators are inexperienced. It is also extremely disruptive. There are families out here with children and pets. When they race by so close, the wakes throw boats around, the noise scares our pets, and our vessels are in risk of being damaged. Please tell all riders to stay at least 50 yards away from ALL vessels for their own safety. This is a recurring problem, and I hope you guys instruct your clients for safer operations. I will say, that I am prepared to call the FWC to file a complaint if this behavior continues. Also, I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which might lead into them investigating if you are operating legally. Proper seamanship dictates no wake through mooring fields or anchorages. If you want to fly through the mooring field and anchorage , then use the channel. That is what it is there for, and stop endangering the public by cutting through the middle of the boats. Thank you for your time, and hopefully...
Read moreAs a local of the area I feel I got a cut in a tourist trap, if you have never been in a jetski you might enjoy the service but if you have some experience I dont recommend this renting place. I actually tried calling a few times a couple of days before to understand what type of experience they are providing but no one answers the phone, when I told that to a woman that appeared to be the manager her answer was " We are too busy" I give it 3 stars because the guy that took us out to the open water was actually really cool (Justin I believe is his name) also the conditions of the jetski are pretty good The problem is that you cant go out of a certain small perimeter as a GPS device will slow...
Read moreThis was far and away our best activity in Miami. The staff was friendly and our tour guide was awesome. I thought it would be a slow ride but it felt like we were going 50 mph on the water in no time. I was going full throttle for most of the ride and caught air a few times which was exhilarating. The route we took was amazing with stops in places we'd never be able to go to by foot or a car. My biggest regret was not having a GoPro to record the ride. I would recommend bringing a waterproof camera or waterproof case for your phone to take pictures.
Word of advice, Google maps puts this in the wrong location in the mall. It is more by Bayside Flyboard on the map by the far dock next to...
