Do not use this place. Do not use their Groupon! They are a scam. If I could give them zero negative I would. We purchased groupons and they said the price can’t be recognized because it is the wrong information. They said it has to be per person which would be an additional $230. It’s the principal more than the money. They said the text message they sent is void 😳
In response to the owners comment: Doesn’t matter! Should have been honored based on your text message. It’s not the consumers responsibility. Regardless, as a business owner you right your wrong and accept responsibility when you know an issue is on your end. Placing blame on someone else is still your problem because it’s a business decision you made to use said company. When you call your phone from Groupon it go to voicemail and you send an automatic text with further details different from the Groupon to include location & price. At the end of that message you say text if you have any questions, which was done and you all responded back. At that time you should have disclosed there was an issue with your pricing. You did not because what you did is a bait and switch. You are liars...
Read moreDo not believe any of the positive reviews posted here. There may be a few that are legit, but this place is a scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE. There is a hefty additional charge you have to pay upon arrival. We were told it was for insurance, seems others have been told it was for fuel, etc.??? SCAM ALERT. The kids working the stand care nothing for their job, you, or that you're probably on a rare vacation. If it starts to rain, they close immediately, no refunds. No response from emails to Anna(management?) who supposedly authorizes refunds. Apparently the skipper is a really cool dude. If you actually make it on the boat it may be enjoyable. You will spend an additional $50-$60 each way for transportation to Dinner Key, $150 in additional costs at the stand with the kids, $300+ for your original tickets, and likely spend money walking around the pier area waiting because they can't seem to schedule appointments correctly. Heed this warning or you will be sorry. Wish I had a couple parasailing boats of my own, I'd put this place out of...
Read moreNot worth the money and time spent. Booked parasailing for 2 through TripAdvisor for $160. Was charged an additional $96 for fuel. Parking is terrible, there are ‘No Parking’ signs everywhere; when I tried asking a staff member, JR, a question he rudely cut me off and directed me to the back of the line for an over 30 minute wait under the sun just to later tell me I was parked in the wrong spot and will be towed. The entire staff was rude and poorly organized which created a tense and stressful environment. After an hour wait we finally got on the boat. The entire experience lasted about 8 minutes from takeoff to flying and back to landing. The boat staff, Pierre and helmsman, were fun and enjoyable people, reason for the 2 star rating. Overall, spent about 3 hours there plus an additional hour travel from and to Miami Beach. They only honor a certain number of TripAdvisor and Groupon reservation as first come first serve so plan accordingly, take sunscreen and umbrella, and lots of patience because you’ll need it. I’m sure you can get a better experience closer to...
