I went in just before closing even though the door said one thing but the girl behind the corner was too quick to let me know you got here just before I closed. And maybe that is why she didn't allow me to sample the strawberry and cream candy. I asked her she said we are sold out but she had a whole sample tray of them and de ied me also I was going to get a box of pixies she pointed out it would be cheaper to get the already made box so I did. But when I got home I didn't want the small pixies which is what was in the box I bought I wanted the big pixies. Next time just give the customer what they want after all it's there money not yours. Now I have these small round pixies which I could have bought from Jewel and never do instead of the bigger ones with more nuts.. I am glad I don't live in that city I would be back...

She was so busy chatting with her co-worker and the customer she was waiting on, she barely gave me the time of day. I ordered a 1lb box of a mix of pixies and chocolate covered cherries. It took forever for her to pack it, as her attention was not on me. She didn't even offer me a buttercream sample like the other custoners were given. When she rang me up, she couldn't remember what I'd ordered! I left feeling very unvalued and really ticked off. Not cool, Katie. Not a good way to treat...
Read moreI spent over 60.00 in store and asked the manager for a small empty box so i could put a little bit of everything in a box to take to my mom in the nursing home. I was from out of town and visiting family. She said NO. I explained to her my situation and she would not give me just a small empty box for my 91 year old mom in the nursing home. Horrible customer service. I was in this store on Thursday, Nov 3, 2022 in the early afternoon. One little box....that is what you've lost this customer...
