The North Face Michigan City Outlet — Attraction in Michigan City

I absolutely love The North Face products. The style, the fit, the comfort and so on. I feel like this outlet store is really hit or miss. If you are a S or M, you're almost sure to find what you want in your size. I am an XL and when I find something I like, they carry it in an XL about 50% of the time.

Additionally, their available accessories are extremely slim pickings. If you really want a good pair of TNF gloves you are likely not going to find them here. If you would like a pair of TNF boots/shoes, keep on driving. Footwear is not sold here. Hiking pants are also very limited.

Despite all that, I still gave 3 stars. If you're a smaller individual, you will most likely find what you are looking for. And if you're an XL like me, you may find about half of what you want to buy in your size...but you will like it and it will be relatively...

Horrible customer service. Waited in line for 20/30 minutes and was denied being able to purchase anything because I had my husbands debit card. This was my first time at a North Face. The wide variety of everything was just what I needed! I was spoiled when I was gifted a cap. I have used so many different brand's, but none of them match the warmth and quality of a north face. The store was neat and clean. I ended up walking out with so many warm and dry gear.
