This was the best clothes buying experience I’ve had in a long time. I needed to get some dress pants and a shirt for a presentation at school, and I had probably been to 5 stores in the last week trying to find something that fit well, looked good, and was affordable. I finally went to J Crew and immediately when I walked in the employees asked me what I was looking for. They helped me find the right size and type of pants and shirt, which had been a huge headache for me as a guy who never really buys dress clothes.
