Rio Grande Plaza — Attraction in Middle Township

I have had many negative experiences at the store, they have remodeled it to make it look nicer oh, but they have really drop the ball on customer service which is what's most important. I placed an order on their order Express app at 8:15 p.m. and went into the store to stop my order and it was 9:40 p.m. before they were done cutting the 2 lb of cheese that I had at 4 at 8:15 p.m. this is not the Delhi guy's fault he was alone and getting flooded with orders this is the problem their management should all be fired this is not a new problem I have been talking to them for years about this it's not a hard fix but they have made it impossibly difficult to get in and out of that store efficiently. Then to top it all off not only were many of the things that I was looking for out of stock but when I finally got to the register the guy closed it in my face and said sorry I'm closed, leaving only one register open in a flood of people trying to get out so I was forced to go through self-checkout with an entire grocery cart full Management in this store doesn't really have a clue because you never see them actually on the floor they hide up in some sort of room in the ceiling. Honestly I do believe they should all be fired and replaced the store is suffering greatly even though they have poured tons of money in it to make it look nice. I don't usually write scathing reviews like this if you look most of my reviews maybe eighty-five to ninety percent are positive I really dislike writing negative reviews but in this case I am sorry they deserve every word of this. Nice store constantly crowded always clean always stocked well restocked overnight, in the Spring and Summer sell sodas and hotdogs outgrowth, and at the start of Spring, they open their doors to their nursery, where you can buy anything from soil, to furniture, plants and grills in between, they carry it all, make an appt. And get a new battery or 4 new tires while you shop for a complete list of groceries in the food and market section, They also carry paint, and spray paint for small quick projects. There's really nothing worth going to here. The locals have to eat so they have no choice other than to go to the relatively small ShopRite for groceries but nobody would go out of their way to come to this plaza. As a matter of fact it's kind of ironic they named it Rio Grande Plaza. The word Plaza signifies something large and significant. It's the opposite.
