Middletown Framing LLC — Attraction in Middletown

Wow!!! Beyond impressed! This was my first visit to Middletown Framing LLC, as my family members have used them in the past and have high regard for Dimitri's work. I felt welcome and at home immediately, and the attention to me as a customer was felt from start to finish. My daughter's 13th birthday was 6 days away, and I came into the shop with the knowing that it wouldn't be done that quickly. Dimitri was an amazing help, asking me questions about my daughter and her likes. The frame he picked for the portrait I never would have even tried, but he convinced me that it was the right choice....13 year olds can be tough! I was more than grateful and surprised when he called me a few days later to say he was able to get it done in time - I couldn't believe it!!! My daughter absolutely LOVED the frame choice and portrait on her actual birthday, and Dimitri made her day special - I am so thankful! The next week, Dimitri even called me to see if she liked it - above and beyond!!! I will be telling everyone about Middletown Framing LLC, and wouldn't go...

Excellent customer service + beautiful frames! Dimitri framed about 15 pieces for me. I'm not good at interior design stuff, to put it mildly. I appreciated how Dimitri guided me through choosing different frames for a couple of pieces (such as the flamingo) and then took over for me with the "framer's choice" option (such as the original artwork of the soldier). He made beautiful choices, so don't hesitate to put yourself in his hands if you're not sure what to pick out. I had a great experience with Dmitri at Middletown Framing. I had a print I wanted framed, and Dmitri walked me through a lot of options after I gave him a budget to work with. Without pressure, we discussed all the details and I was able to take my time and walk around to really get a feel for the options.
