Heather & Holly — Attraction in Midland

I came in today to get some chocolates, but we had a miscommunication and the girl behind the counter thought we wanted 4 boxes of chocolates, but we actually wanted 4 of each kind. It wasn't her fault at all, we didn't understand how buying chocolates worked. She rung us up and it was almost $60, we paid for it and we just assumed we messed up and it didn't work how we thought. After talking outside for a second, we realized we had 100 chocolates that we were never going to be able to eat. We thought we were only buying 25. We came back in and asked her how many of each we got, and we realized what our miscommunication was. She not only refunded us for the extra chocolates, but she also gave us an additional box of truffles at no charge because we had to wait. They didn't have to give us anything because it was probably more our fault than hers, but nonetheless she took responsibility and gave us the free truffles. I can't recommend this place more and I will be coming here regularly...

On a daddy/daughter date, just visited to get my daughter some ice cream after our dinner. We don't have masks as I won't comply with our governor's ridiculous expectations. The owner requested we leave so she didnt get in trouble (totally understandable). She offered to get her her ice cream and deliver it outside to us! She even went above and beyond and refused to take our money when we tried to pay. These poor business owners are being forced into a position of complying with absolute idiocracy, or, closing their businesses. Please, please go give these ladies some business! They have earned...

Pretty reasonably priced didn't have the friendliest guy working when we went but its a wonderful little store with lots to choose from and unlike most of downtown Midland the prices aren't anymore then you would expect but travel down through the new main street and you will get blown away by the inflated prices but I'm guessing it's not very cheap to lease property down town.
