obviously some of these reviewers have never worked retail smh. yeah the lines are long but what i’ve discovered from living in big cities like dallas and los angeles… midland is a fairly small town compared to…. either you work in oil or the service industry. that’s it. someone complained about the bathrooms being nasty, that’s not the employees fault, that’s the people with no couth or home training that don’t know how to do simple life tasks like use the bathroom, wash your hands and be on your way. one reviewer can’t even spell CUSTOMERS. you have no business reviewing. every time i go in here, the people are nice. there’s stuff all over probably because the distribution system sends all that and tells the employees ‘make it work with the space you got’ i’ve worked retail. i still do and best believe there are 2 sides to every story. if the cashiers are rude, they probably just encountered a karen. they’re human. this is...
Read moreMy friends and I collect Rae Dunn. We go to Homegoods specifically to shop for it. We are treated horribly by management who had expressed that they are not going to put it out. We are extremely nice and don’t understand why this happens. I have found a few sales people to be helpful and actually look for it. They have told us how management will get mad at them for helping us! I do not understand how purchasing a product in their store causes problems. We do not fight over the products. Quite the opposite. I am part of a group of 100 ladies and we help each other get the items. I also shop for other items in the store while I am there. I was actually grunted at by an employee last week when I was standing by the dishware. I will stop going there completely. We drive to Odessa Texas to Marshall’s and purchase there...

As someone who worked in retail as a teenager, I know it’s common sense to tag shirts at the seams—not in the middle of the fabric.
Because of this lack of attention to detail, all of my shirts now have holes. Management, please do better. Train your employees properly on how to tag clothing, and if training has already been provided, ensure that those who can’t follow such a simple guideline are held...
