
I went to get blonde highlights in my brown hair. No cut or color only highlights and I was charged 160.00. First of all my highlights were not blonde after I showed her on the swatch the blonde I was looking for. They were like a Carmel color and I even showed her a picture of the size of highlights I wanted but didnāt get that either. Then she had the guts to charge me 160 .00 for highlights only. Talk about highway robbery! Plus I have had blonde highlights in my hair before and never had a problem until today. I was so disappointed with my highlights. I will never step back in this salon. I donāt understand why I was charged 160.00 for highlights only ? I get color cut and highlights for 130.00 and she had the nerve to charge 160.00 for only highlight and they were not even blonde . They were Carmel. I feel like I need my money reimbursed since she didnāt do the blonde highlights. . The lighting in the shop is not too good and when asked what I thought I told her it still looked brown not blonde. I just canāt believe someone would charge a person that much for only highlights and my hair is above my shoulders. I wouldnāt recommend this hair stylist to any one. I would be embarrassed to charge someone that amount of money when I didnāt do what the customer expectations were. I canāt remember her name . I called and asked for a person who new how to do blonde highlights and they gave me her. I know her last name was Herrera if Iām not mistaken. She asked me with which stylist and I told her I am new to the area and have no idea, I would like someone that does men's cuts. Then she tells me that she would have someone contact me because all the stylist's set up their own appointments. (What is the point of having someone work a front desk if they are not helping schedule clients?) Anyway, here it is Wednesday (10/2) and I never heard a word from anyone.
