Go see Mr. Alberto and check out the Temperpedics! (Putting this up front for those skimming the reviews and not reading the whole thing lol)
My wife and I have had a Temperpedic Breeze for almost a decade. It’s been the most comfortable bed we’ve ever had, but it was time to replace it. The zipper on the cover had broken in the wash and one of our dogs decided to try and dig through the foot of the mattress when he was a puppy.
We went to the Midwest City store because it was close, convenient, and the mattress selection wasn’t overwhelming. Other stores have so many options, many of which are so similar you can’t tell the difference, that we felt overwhelmed. The MWC store has a good range of different mattresses spanning all price ranges.
When we walked in, Mr. Alberto introduced himself, said he would be helping us, and asked if we needed anything from him. He was very welcoming and helpful; we didn’t feel like he was pressuring us at any point and he was happy to answer any questions we had. He wasn’t the stereotypical salesman, either. He didn’t seem like he was trying to get anything past us or talk us into something we weren’t interested in.
Mr. Alberto really made the entire experience smooth and easy. He helped us with everything from mattress selection, to pillow selection, and finally base selection. We originally didn’t want a base, so he didn’t even try to sell us one. After trying one out, though, he helped us get a great deal on one as well as pillows and sheets. He really hooked us up.
Everything from dealing with Mr. Alberto to delivery and customer service has been smooth a enjoyable. The delivery was scheduled for 0937, they rang the doorbell at 0938, had our base plugged in, set up, the mattress unpackaged and on the base, and were out by 0944. They were so fast and friendly that we didn’t even notice a small tear in the top of the mattress until they were gone. Well, I didn’t know what to do, so I called Mr. Alberto. He wasn’t even at work yet, but he answered, texted me customer service’s number, and told me that they would set up an exchange. They didn’t open until 1100, though, so I made some coffee and waited on the new mattress with the massage feature going.
Around 1235 customer service called me to ask how the delivery went, I told them it was fantastic except for the tear, and the representative (I didn’t catch her name) immediately set up an exchange for tomorrow (the next day).
My wife and I will be buying a new house pretty soon and our daughter will be needing a bigger mattress soon, too. We will definitely be going back to the MWC store and hitting up Mr. Alberto. We would highly suggest the store and especially Mr. Alberto. He really made the entire...

Of course we assumed that as soon as we walked through the door we would be bum rushed and pushed to the most expensive line of mattresses they had, and even pressured to buy the same day. But it was not like that at all. We never felt like any thing close to that. Ed, at The midwest city store, not only was hassle free. he even helped us file a claim on our mattress we bought back in 2021 at Mathis home that started breaking down and with in an hour we had a complete refund on that mattress to put towards a new one. We had no idea that was even possible. Ed, was very patient with us for over a week until we made our final decision today . Even looking and shopping all the other competitors in town to en sure we were getting the right mattress for both me and my wife. With all the choices and sales pitches and a lot of hot air. Read moreOur experience at your sleep center was good. We looked around at different stores before we actually found what we were looking for, which was twin mattresses within our price range. The only issue was we liked what we saw in the store where we purchased two twin mattresses. But, the next day when we arrived at the distribution center we found that what we paid for at the MWC store was not the same item (covering). The center pulled two different mattresses out (mismatched) which surprised us. We were assuming that what we previously saw and paid for would be the same! I ended up asking that they match one or the other up so that we would have a matched set instead! We were disappointed that we didn't know how this worked before picking up the mattresses! Now we do! We will continue to shop at your store if we find what we are looking for. But, I suggest that when it comes to your twin mattresses that people are informed how this works, that way you are not disappointed when picking up your order, and if needed you have a chance to tell them you want a matched pair!
