My young son had been wanting a “fancy” watch and received one as a gift from his grandparents. The watch was ordered online and meant to look like a designer watch but the band was too big for my son so he couldn’t wear it. I had never been inside Oxford Jewelers but gave them a call to see if they could remove a few links even though it wasn’t a “real” watch brand and of course hadn’t been purchased at their store. Whoever I spoke to on the phone could not have been nicer and told me that I could bring my son and they could remove the links right then and there. My son went to have the links removed after school and I was shocked that the store didn’t even charge us for it. It was an incredibly nice and generous gesture and I will definitely be supporting this store for my jewelry needs in the future! My son is so excited to wear his new watch and I’m so happy to have a great store like this right in the heart...
