I recently stopped by Crumbl Cookies to pick up a dessert and had a mostly positive experience. The store was very clean and well-organized, which gave a good first impression. One thing that stood out was that all ordering was done through automated kiosks. It’s a modern setup and pretty convenient if you know exactly what you want.
They had a wide variety of cookies available, which made it fun to choose — it felt like there was something for everyone, from classic flavors to more creative, rotating options. I decided to go with their classic chocolate chip cookie, curious to see if it lived up to the hype.
The one challenge I ran into was trying to use a coupon. Since the ordering is self-serve, there wasn't anyone immediately available to help. I waited a few minutes before someone finally came from the back to assist me. Once they stepped in, they were friendly and got everything sorted out quickly, but a little more visible staff presence could have made the process smoother.
As for the cookie itself — delicious! I loved the crispy edges paired with the soft, gooey center. It struck a perfect balance without being overly sweet or greasy. The cookie was generously sized, making it feel like a special treat rather than just a basic dessert.
Overall, I enjoyed my visit to Crumbl Cookies. I would definitely go back, especially now that I know how the kiosk system works. If you’re looking for a fresh, satisfying cookie with lots of flavor choices, it’s definitely...
Read moreI went to the store today to get cookies, and as soon as I walked in they stated that the chocolate chip cookies wouldn’t be ready for another 30 min. So, I went to Safeway in the meantime and then I came back to the store. The manager Robert gave us our cookies at the end, when I told him I should get a free cookie for waiting he looked at me like I was from another planet. I left the store and called back to complain about what happened and Robert answered and started “crying” stating if he gave everyone a free cookie, there would be no business and he never let me talk he just kept going on and on so I had to end call. Also he said he is owner.WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE HE MADE ME FELL VERY UNWELCOME.update. Just got response from looks like automated. I stated in my comments I talk to owner Robert. So why would I call the store when he was disrespectful already enough to made me write this report. You think I will go back or call back again. No way not for million off free cookies. AM DONE WITH MY BUSINESS HERE AT THIS STORE. THX. And I wish they have 0 stars ⭐️. Really in my opinion don’t deserve one star 🙏🏼🤘🏼Also when I opened my box one off my cookies was...

I had the most incredible experience at this store! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I recently volunteered for an event supporting homeless children, and it broke my heart to hear that many of them had never tried a Crumbl cookie before. I knew I had to do something special for them.
When I approached the store, the lead (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name!) was exceptionally kind and understanding. She offered me a discount on the boxes of cookies I wanted to purchase for the kids, which made a huge difference. To some, a cookie might seem like a small treat, but for these children, it was a big deal to finally get to enjoy a Crumbl cookie.
The joy on their faces when they received the cookies was priceless! They were so excited, and the smiles were absolutely worth it. I can’t thank the staff enough for their heartfelt assistance. I wasn’t sure if I could get cookies for all of them, but thanks to this amazing store, it was possible.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Your kindness made a real impact, and I’m so grateful. God...
