Hometown Cinemas - Mineral Wells — Attraction in Mineral Wells

Our experience was overall very positive. The movie was great, the concessions were good, and the seats were comfortable; however, the lady in charge was a bit short with us and almost seemed like she didn't want us there, or at least that's the feeling my brother and I got. I'm not saying she was outright rude, but she could definitely be a bit more welcoming to her customers. Also, at one point during the movie, the sound and audio glitched like a scratched CD, but only for a brief moment. This was in the far left theater. This wasn't so bad seeing as the last time I was here was during Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, and the same projecter in the far left theater was messed up so bad that the system needed to be re-booted which took...

Stacy is a great manager making sure everybody is welcomed, comfortable in the theater, and they have everything they need. Tyler greeted us with a smile, and was quick at serving us and our little ones their popcorn and drinks. They even made my special needs son feel better when he spilled his popcorn and felt bad. They assured him that it was just an accident, and that he was ok. The theaters are nice and cool, and it's a great way to beat the Texas summer heat. The movie was delayed for almost an hour, the toilets in the women's restroom leaked all over the floor, very dangerous, and since we had such a long wait for the movie, when she went for a refill, the bottom of her cup desintergrated and dumped in my lap causing me to have to leave half way through the movie. My daughter asked for a new cup a few minutes before when she got the refill for her. They said she would have to purchase another cup. Not pleased with Brazos Cinema. It turned into a horrible...
