I ended up here on accident while looking for a spot to park for the target fireworks on stone arch bridge. You could kinda see the fireworks from here, you just had to walk 2 blocks or so. But while the sun was going down, I got some good photos. It was really cool to see the boats also, and I like how the train bridge goes over the river. Attached are some photos I took from that night. I would highly recommend coming here for parking and to site see. I wouldn't say this is a good place for kids because there isn't a play ground and the rivers deep and there's not much for a child to do at this "park". Otherwise I highly recommend. Especially around sunset.
