Topgolf Swing Suite — Hotel in Minneapolis

The waitlist is terribly designed. We live 20 minutes away, less than 15 minute wait so we didn't join the list. We get 5 minutes away and when I go to join the wait list the time has shot up to 2 HOURS!!! If the wait had been that long before we left we would have joined and waited at home, but I'm not waiting 2 hours in the parking lot!!! This is the second time this has happened too. The first time we waited hoping the wait time was exaggerated, it was not, such a waste of time. The only reason we went back is because we have gift cards, if anyone tries to give me a gift card to this place again I'm handing it right back. Terrible business that likes to waste...

Zero stars, zero music, Zero fun. TopGolf should remove their name from this place. I would imagine this is what golf was like before Tiger Woods, it's that plain. Only one set of clubs there to barrow so if someone else is using them you're out of luck. Employees don't wipe down the clubs in between customers even during COVID. Bar isn't open, no food to order, and have to park in a ramp. Game system takes a while to load game play. I was in the middle bay of 3 and didn't have any problem with shots registering. DONT GO HERE. WORST GOLF EXPERIENCE EVER!

No instruction on how to play. All three suites weren’t cleaned up after the last group. Had to look around all the suites for the equipment to play some games.

It’s was very very dirty. I felt gross being in there so we left early.

When we did try the games the computer wasn’t detecting the balls half of the time or it would say we hit it in a completely different direction.

No wonder it’s cheap AF with a Groupon. I’ll never do one of these top golf...
