Canteen — Attraction in Minneapolis

These guys... First we start with the vending machines. Fair prices, but the machines constantly needed service and they often had expired product and sometimes frozen sandwiches (that were never meant to be frozen). Then my place of employment decides to get the avenue C, which is an "on your honor" deal. This is the biggest scam ever. Sandwiches that were $2.75 are now $6.00... Exact same soggy bread, gross toppings, withered lettuce and tomato. To summarize, not fresh. $4 for a bag of combos, soda went from $1.25 to $1.60, the coffee is a joke, water flavored coffee... I fail to see how less work and less maintenance equates to higher prices. On top of all this, they can't even keep the coolers stocked with the things that actually sell. If you have a say in your vending company, don't give these con artists a moment of your time. If you want to insult your employees and their intelligence, these...

Worst customer service ever. I've reached out to them at two locations that have their machines via email and feedback form about expired product, payment systems being offline, and machines mulfunctioning including taking my money and nobody has ever contacted me.

Also their selection is so boring. Countless people complain about the selection. It's a hundred different versions of the same 3 items. Every once in a while they give you false hope and put something good in there only for you to never...

The company is all around terrible. Besides the fact that they steal your money. They get rid of the products that sell and put products in that no one wants. I just make a point to stop at the store before so I don't have to deal with them at all. Take it from me and everyone else that gave this company a 1 star and avoid at all cost. No I will not fill out a form. From reading the reviews on here that is just a waste of time. And I think I wasted enough time on this company already....
