Great dispensary. Staff are wonderful, Dr.'s are genuinely engaged in helping with patients needs. You will need to get certification from a doctor certified in the field in order to be registered and licenced to legally go make purchases. There is a fee that is $250 but you if you are on medical assistance, the fee drops down to $50 and you also get a discount on any products you buy that then can be applied to the next time you go in to visit as a credit it's a pretty great system. I have not been to leafline yet which is the only other dispensary in Minneapolis but have had good reviews about them from other people, my motto is if it ain't broke don't try and fix it and until Minneapolis Medical Solutions breaks I will continue to frequent them. The registration only last for a year in which case you'll have to go back to your doctor there are a few things that do not qualify what does qualify PTSD, autism, cancer, chronic pain and some others not positive they offer oral solutions, capsules, vapor oil cartridges and vapes, as well as topical external use rub to be used on the skin. In terms of labeling you get a colored venn-type chart, telling you the levels of cbd/thc in each color, but no description of the strain..( i.e. Indica vs. Sativa). After every visit, you must complete a patient questionnaire updating any issues, positive or negative changes changes in weight Etc once this is done then there's nothing else to do except for go in, for me using their number and calling and speaking with a customer service agent is far easier than using their booking bub app, I don't know what's wrong with the software on that app but I can never make an appointment and I end up calling so note to you, if you want to make an appointment and usually they are done within 10 to 15 minutes after you call make sure the patient questionnaire is filled out and use the number, not the booking bub app. Hope this helps.

Updated: June 27,2025 After trying the BW Cap Junky and seeing the 50% sale I was compelled to try BW Sour Jack. 🤤yum It claims a THC 20% but it felt like a 26%. Great aftertaste. It was packaged 2/2025 and I opened it today (photos).💚 Say hello and welcome new man TJ W. You’ll learn much from MJ. June 21, 2025 I’ve never smoked any of the Boundary Waters flowers so I bought the Cap Junky Pre-rolls THC 26% (why is the flower only 19% ????😡) and I honestly think it’s one of the best pre-roll I’ve ever had!! It tasted sooo good. The joint was nicely rolled, a smooth draw and even burn, it never got flimsy at the crutch. It’s a full head/body effect, in fact it’s a crescendo euphoria 🍃💚 If GG ever gets the Cap Junky flower in THC 26% I’ll definitely get this again💚 May 17,2025 Shout out to Hannah for her thoroughness and professionalism during my order pickup. It’s always nice to visit this Mpls store. 🍃💚 On April 3,2025 I ordered and picked up in Mpls. This is my go to place because of the staff; genuine hospitality, medically knowledgeable, and extremely helpful 😇 The gummies are tasty and most importantly they are made to the highest standards. I’ve had issues with 2 different products and it was resolved professionally and quickly without judgement. 💖 Of course, they are expensive (anything cannabis in MN is $$$) but I’m hoping the politicians make things right for the PATIENTS 😷 and general public. Thank you GreenGoods 🍃

This is one of my two favorite green goods because the staff is so friendly. It's easy to get to and there is free parking available in the back. As far as products go I've heard good things of the sour blueberry gummies and the higher THC sativa or hybrid. I suggest looking into terpenes to see what sort of relief you need. Also the 2 gram syringe is the best bang for your buck when vaping. They have all the supplies you need to use their products in store. The eyce pieces are cool because they are made of silicone. The product is quality and you can trust where it's from which cannot be said about the black market.

After being approved for medical cannabis, I initially went to Leafline Labs (LLL), because between the 2 state-licensed providers, they were the less overwhelming as they only sell 3 formulations compared to Minnesota Medical Solution's 9. After a few weeks, though,I wasn'tg relief of my symptoms and decided to try Minnesota Medical Solutions (MMS). Of the two, I felt like MMS was more thorough in listening to my concerns and then recommending medicine, whereas it felt like the people at LLL basically made an argument as to why each of their meds would be appropriate and leaving it very open as to what and how much I purchased. The first pharmacist I met with at MMS, Tom, was great. You can tell he has a great depth of knowledge and genuinely wants to help. They also treated me with respect and dignity. However, I went back for a follow-up consultation this week, and it wasn't the great experience the first time was. The pharmacist I spoke with made me feel judged when I asked about trying a different product. It almost felt like she thought I was drug-seeking, which, yes, okay, technically that's all their patients do, but she asked me the same questions multiple times, even when my caregiver chimed in to confirm what was going on. It was clear that this particular pharmacist isn't particularly well-versed in my specific condition, which is understandable, but in trying to explain to her how it affects me, she sounded almost skeptical, which as a patient is extremely frustrating. I've gone through YEARS of invasive tests to finally have arrived at this point; I don't care about getting high, I just want my symptoms to abate.

When the pharmacist was done, she had me approach a check out window so that she could verify she entered the order correctly. The receptionist was training new individuals and very bluntly told the pharmacist, in front of me, that she "didn't have time" to fix it and needed the pharmacist to redo it. That seemed extremely unprofessional; it's not the respectful conduct between colleagues one expects.

I was told to take a seat while the order was packed. When they called my name, I went up to the counter to pay. The new cashier was pleasant but a little confused. No big deal, except the cashier who told the pharmacist she was too busy to help was watching the new girl. The girl realized she needed some cash from the cashier to her left. She stepped approximately 5 inches away from her partially open drawer, which was behind a counter, to take the money, and the training manager felt the need to tell her quite loudly not to ever step away from her drawer because "they" (my partner and I were the only ones at checkout) could lean over and grab her cash. Again, it's a valid, important lesson, but it was handled poorly. Tell her that once your customer walks away.

I'm generally happy, but please be cognizant of how you treat your patients. Many of us already feel uncomfortable going against a childhood of the D.A.R.E program so having it implied we're going to steal is...

I mean where do you even start. Let's start with the exterior, there is literally piles of poop around the building, the sides, front and back of the building. There is garbage everywhere and bird poop that's been on the windows for months. But don't worry it gets worse as you go further into the building. When you walk in you are met with an entry way with more dust caked on the wall then a remodel on a building from the 40s. The building has no cleaning services which is apparent. According to Christine the manager they are responsible to clean the facility which rarely if ever gets done clearly by the appearance of the facility. I don't know who does the merchandising but it would appear a 5 year old was left in charge of the display cases. Poorly presented product that never gets updated. Let's get back to the free parking, they offer free parking yet the employees take up at least 50% to 60% of the parking lot. That's not putting your customers first. Everyone double parks and or parks in handicap with no handicap sticker or just parks in the no parking area. When brought to the manager and lead pharmacists attention they simply just don't care. Now lets talk about the product, overpriced dried out mids. The packs never come at the weight advertised usually much lower due to the extreme drying of the buds. After talking to someone at the grow house and doing a tour you can clearly see the building is not state of the art. Making the highest quality medical cannabis is obviously not a top priority for green goods. Between the theft and poor growing conditions a grow house employee told me you are lucky to see and flower at all. Hence bringing in the 3rd party products. Between the missing products, seeds in the weed and overall dryness of all the flower this 1 star review is well earned. As far as the stores atmosphere if you can deal with disruptive and disorderly patients going through a mental breakdown or the non service dogs barking and no one doing anything or the patients getting high in the bathrooms or even in the waiting rooms or just stepping outside the doors and leaning on the building smoking this might be the place for you. And if you ever wondered why no one answers the phone that is because they are on there personal phones not paying attention. And if you see an employee out in there vehicle best believe they are getting...

It will be 20 years on Mother's Day when our son suffered his first of thousands of life threatening/not breathing/turning blue seizures, he was in an 18 day coma & not given a chance at surviving...well, thank God he did!!! Miracle #1 After countless (24)medications/combinations we had heard inspiring stories of a cannabis extract oil that was helping seizure patients. After googling "medical cannabis oil" for literally 14 hours without sleep. We couldn't contain our HOPE! We pursued all we could with our "google" info & decided that our son, as well anyone in Minnesota suffering from Epilepsy & other chronic illnesses DESERVED to have the option to try this medicine. After countless hours/days/months/year of physically being at the Mn State Capitol educating/testifying to anyone & everyone we could on the potential benefits of medical cannabis, we FINALLY got the bills & laws passed in Minnesota! By "we" I mean a group of determined, wonderful, struggling, loving, caring, strong, incredible desperate families/parents/patients/caregivers/ Mothers/ Fathers/sisters/brothers of people who had literally run out of options & choices of pharmaceuticals/therapies/diets etc...THEN...it happened-MIRACLE #2-Minnesota Medical Solutions became licensed to grow, cultivate, extract & distribute medical cannabis oil...our son has the best control of seizures he's had in close to 20 years, this is MEDICINE!! If it wasn't, his physician would not have approved him to get it, take it with the 36 pharmaceutical pills he takes daily. Minnesota has thee most rigid, solid law overseen & dictated by the Minnesota Department of Health in the world, so much so that many other states are following our law here in MN. We are so thankful for Minnmeds Violet Oil, his seizures have decreased in severity & frequency...his processing is faster, his memory has improved, his activity level has increased & LIFE IS GOOD! Thank you God, Thank you Google & Thank you Minnmed & all for this life saving consistent...
