Ben and Jordan went above and beyond to make sure that my port and switch to Boost from Verizon as easy as possible. They both were both professional, personable, sweet, and made sure that I was satisfied from start to finish. Not only did Ben get me the beat phone ever for dirt cheap and for the price I was quoted when I was shopping around for a new phone. Jordan also helped my ex boyfriend get a free internet box thru the EBB program. Even through they have all this going on, some dude Comes on looking for"something" and it's turns out the dude robbed one of the store workers from Years ago and the man kept lingering around, but those men held their cool and subtlety reminded the other "customer" of the security that stands right across the street. The thief then decided he was not interested in anything and leaves. The guys working never skipped a beat and kept working professionally the entire time. I couldn't get through their customer service line to talk to a representative, which I had been trying for the past 15 minute, because it just leads me to more options and more options. So, I called this location, and the guy who answered was super demeaning and unhelpful. He kept calling me "sweetie," which I found very rude and unacceptable. I am a customer, and you don't call customers "sweetie" just because she is a woman. And then after 1 minute he told me he doesn't have time to talk because he has customers there.
