I found this place online and read the reviews. I made an appt online which was so simple. I received a reminder text before my appt. I arrived and the place is great. Easy to find easy to park.My appointment was with Nancy. Her reviews for cutting long thick hair were very positive. Nancy exceeded all my expectations. I have long thick silver hair that has not been cut in almost two years as I was growing out the color. Nancy took one look at my hair and knew exactly what I needed. I would not recommend this as a place for kids haircuts. At most the stylist spent 10-15 minutes on each of my kids' haircuts which were each scheduled for 30 minutes. I could barely tell one of my children even had a haircut. There was no bang trimming and no sideburn trimming which was strange for the style. I might expect this kind of disappointing haircut from a cheap chain haircut place, not this business, which charged $40 for each child. They also did not ask at the end if there was anything that should be changed or if it looked good. It felt like the stylist wanted to leave and was really rushing the haircuts. We will not go there again...

Kelly and Kate have such an abundance of creativity, matched with incredible talent and an intuition that just "get's you" - I come into this studio and am welcomed with compliments and then treated like a QUEEN and leave every time feeling seen- wait, did I mention they do my hair?
