Outrageous Audio — Attraction in Minneola

These folks recently did an upgrade for my Honda 2021 CRV. The original head unit stayed. Amps, DSP, sound damping material in the doors and a Subwoofer were added. The factory mid-bass and tweeters were replaced. Workmanship was excellent. Looking under the hood, the power routing and battery connection are impeccable. There are no unwanted rattles with sound playing. The door tweeters look the same as factory install. Customer service was also outstanding. There was a problem with the amp (major brand) and a shortage of replacements available. I was given the option of replacing with another brand, repairing, or waiting for a replacement of the same. I chose the latter. While waiting, Russ, the owner would reach out to the manufacturer every couple of weeks and follow up with me to advise of the current status. I really appreciated this. Of course no one wants a problem, but it happens, and I appreciated they were there for me. Price is also important. I thought working with a local installer would mean higher than internet pricing. I found that was not the case. Prices for the gear were same as available on line. I don’t think you could go wrong with these guys. This is the type of service that is legendary and is so hard to find! Saturday before Christmas and my son’s aftermarket radio died (it came with the car when we bought it, not from Outrageous ). I called them a couple hours before closing hoping for a Hail Mary. He said bring it by and he will take a look, or at least hope to tell if we have a quick fix or bigger problem. I got there in 15 minutes, he tried a quick thing in the parking lot, brought it into his shop, and soon threw me the keys and said all set! He replaced an incorrect power connector. 25 minutes from in the door to back on the road. It can’t always be this nice and easy of course, but it is great to know if it can be, it will be. And the price was absolutely a deal too! Also, I was in the shop a couple years ago, and although I didn’t make a purchase, they gave me advice that ultimately was 100% correct. If you are reading this, you are more than likely looking for someone to tint your vehicle or have accessories installed to your car. LOOK NO FURTHER! These guys are not just knowledgeable, professional and geared towards total customer satisfaction but they also provide a VERY QUALITY install. I dealt with every employee at the store and they were all 5* rated. If you are looking for quick and cheap then maybe BestBuy is more suited for you. As a past BestBuy installation customer I can truly say there is no comparison. Russ and Ryan both took the time to listen to what was important to me BEFORE they even began trying to sell me or install anything. This made for a very happy experience because in the end I got everything I wanted.
