Battell Community Center — Local services in Mishawaka

My daughter's do their cheerleading practice at the battell center. It's a great place for local things like that or other sports that they can do in the gym. Also, they have the auditorium where they can do plays and ballet and other things like that. Along with a community room and other stuff to have meetings, company get together, etc. The major downside would be the parking! There is never enough parking! The one section of parking is for the apartments and the rest is for the battell center, and if there is any type of event going on you could be parking as far as a couple...

I have hosted and attended several party's here within this past year and have been pleased every time. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Clean kitchen and common area. Can seat 70 comfortably, maybe a few more.I like that you get the place for the entire day so there is plenty of time to decorate, party and clean up. The only downside is there are NO utensils of any kind kept in the kitchen..knives, mixing spoons, spatulas, bowls, pans ect. Not a biggie tho, everything else is pretty good. I would definitely...

So great of an experience! We made some Xmas gnomes, in an old classroom. Very nostalgic! There were other rooms with a plethora to take part in. From belly dancing & craft classes to children's sports in the gym. Great location, parking, access(elevator) and assistance from the greeter at the main entrance.
