This is an amazing workout for those of you who want a challenge. Do not let the awkwardness of your first few classes phase you. The mega former takes some getting used to, but once you get it down you will be blown away by how awesome these workouts hard. This is intense, and you have to have some mental fortitude to hold these poses. But the instructors are phenomenal and are excellent at encouraging you to keep at it, even when you are ready to give up. We went back twice in the 4 days we were there -- Daniel was our teacher both times and he's amazing! Great instruction and he's watching and correcting your form always. Both classes were different and challenging.
