Five Below — Attraction in Missouri City

First time visit to this store. A bit chaotic in the location I visited, very crowded. It's not exactly the most organized store; however, I found everything necessary for my daughter to attend her friends' birthday (daughter is six, her twin friends, brother and sister, turning six...for context). Once I located the section where most of the toys were situated, my daughter was able to find several options both for the boy and girl. Note that toys (and most everything else) are scattered around, thus it's easy to miss some items if one doesn't hunt a bit. The prices were fair, the selection pretty good... what was abundantly lacking: customer service. I was not the only customer searching in vain for assistance. Another potential customer walked out of the store, loudly complaining she had been unable to get a simple question answered. 🙄 On the main, so long as you have zero expectations regarding customer service, and are shopping on a budget for odds and ends (pool abd backyard stuff, toys, etc.) this might just fit the bill. So I just went here when I have a 30 minute lunch break so I had to get in and get out get . I was ready to check out and so I approached the checkout desk the cashier was standing looking out the window and decided to unpack boxes . Second cashier walks up to get some hangers to hang some stuff up on the display wall for clothes .. looks at the other cashier with the most ugliest look and walks off. I stood there for three minutes waiting for someone to come check me out but no one ever came . I asked the lady unpacking boxes behind the registers if someone can check me out she told me to wait a moment as she was talking on the phone . She proceeded to unpack the box she was working on and walks over still on her phone while ringing me up slowly like she had an attitude. Smh bad...

Have never had An issue at any five below but this particular associate no name tag piercings all over her mouth was very rude. First occurrence was her blocking the shirt aisle and I politely said excuse me twice she didn’t bother to turn around. Then I heard her talking to someone I imagine thru AirPods I’m sure. Then my sister tried to get around as well saying excuse me she didn’t say anything or move and I said out loud she probably can’t hear you the associate then turned around staring with A smirk didn’t say anything. Then at check out we happened to get her she didn’t say anything no greeting no eye contact giggling with the same person on the phone, we payed and my sister said thank you not A PEEP from this associate #700360.
